WOOSTER -- Waynedale graduate Matt Gilbert has done a lot in athletic training.
The 25-year-old worked with Div. I and Div. III college teams, the Cleveland Browns and the Cleveland Force professional soccer team all before his May 2007 graduation from the University of Toledo.
But he's going into uncharted waters when he leaves for Colorado Springs next week.
Gilbert received a scholarship -- which is pretty much a job -- to work in Colorado for one year with the U.S. Olympic team. He'll be taking care of some of the nation's top wrestlers, gymnasts and volleyball players. Read More (Daily Record)
